Change log:
- Fixed a bug (calculating the base href for embedding css when not using port 80, see issue).
- Added a small feature, the entire element is cloned, ensuring that all attributes are added to the element in the generated print page (see feature request ).

i am trying to use this plug-in with CB profile in joomla to print the profile. my problem is that using popup method, IE works fine and print dialog appears. but in Firefox and Chrome, the popup opens, loads properly, loses focus, and original page goes blank. i am wondering y is it happening with Firefox and chrome and IE is fine. also the print dialog never appears in FF and chrome. i hope you can help me out on this?
